Got an Unbeatable Abs Routine

Hopefully I can do this routine once ever day. I like to do each set for about a minute. I start wiht normal crunches, then side crunches, then side crunches on the other side, six inches, russian twists, birthing crunches (lol), the rope thing, the plank, side plank, side plank other side. The whole thing takes ten minutes. Pretty sweet if I do say so myself!
