quit caffeine
Four days and counting

It’s been four days now and despite the withdrawals (headaches and fatigue) I’m starting to bounce back. It’s amazing how many products actually have caffeine in them, even a lot of the headache remedies for example.

The cravings will die down after a few days, though mornings can be hard. I’ve had to turn to eating sugary foods (the next thing I will be quitting!) to pick me back up.

All in all I feel more relaxed and able to concentrate.
