Congrats on the job! Hope it’s going well! Is it one where you can get there a little early before your co-workers arrive? I always try to get to work about 15 minutes early just because then I have some time to settle into my day before everybody else starts showing up – the extra time to get yourself together and collect your thoughts can be a good incentive for being punctual. I used to be late a lot but knowing that I have that extra time is enough to motivate me to be early. Just a thought!
