I have someone harassing me that just will not stop. I have no idea why this person hates me so much, but she is making my life hell. Everytime I open my front door she starts screaming obscenties at me, she throws her trash out at my front door, she broke the blinker panel on my car, and she slipped weed through my door mail slot (probably to set me up) but my dog ate it and got extremely sick. I am in a position of authority, so I cannot even yell at her. I’ve called the police, but since I never actually saw her doing these things they could do nothing. I took a taperecorder outside with me (knowing the instant I stepped outside she would come out as well, she keeps her door open constantly to monitor me) and sure enough she started yelling about how she was going to have my ass…my job…you name it. I calmly told her that she had no right to try and poison my dog at which point she screamed, “I didn’t try to poison your goddamn dog, I am going to poison YOU”. You would think that threatening someone like that was against the law, but the police merely acted as if that was part of my job. I am sick and tired of her ugly face, rotten mouth, and threats. I have thought long and hard about what to do, but the reality is she is waiting for me to break and do something stupid. I need to do something, anything, but I don’t know what! The law doesn’t help, so can anyone else? Please, I am almost at my breaking point!
