It's very simple
1. Set up your bookmarks to the “How I Did It” page: http://www.43things.com/zeitgeist/how_i_did_it
2. Put reminders on your personal calendar for each time for the number of days you plan on doing it.
3. Each day read through the completed goals and choose ones which have merit and passion in them. I don’t usually pick ones which are simple like “go outside” or “take out the trash.” I favor philanthropists.
4. Delete your reminders for each day until they are all completed!
