Okay, I am in rough shape. 4 years ago

I am in pretty shitty shape physically right now, and I think this might be a good place to get some cheap, easy, relatively convenient exercise. It doesn’t work the upper body, but my thighs would kick ass. Literally.

Well, sort of literally.

You can do it! I know you can. I LOVE climbing stairs, and I know from experience that if you do it regularly, you’d be surprised at how quickly you build up your stamina. Go for it!
