I find that even when my qualifier stopped drinking, I still needed Al-anon. By working my Al-anon program so far I can see how much in my past has affected me. Even alcholism from a grandparents I didn’t know.

It’s been a wonderful way for me to learn more about myself and to try to improve myself.

i can relate to working the program. you get out what you put in and it isnt ever about the other person… its about you and your ability to handle them!
