So I’ve been working on losing weight. I’ve lost about 30 pounds. I had lost about 35 pounds, but then I gained some of it back, and I hadn’t even made my goal yet! So I’m getting myself back on track. I was reasonable with the food today. I didn’t count calories, and it was probably a little high cause I went out to dinner, BUT I only ate at my three meals, and I didn’t eat anything when I got home (which can be my downfall… I live in a dorm with a vending machine and lots of crap around all the time). Anyway, summer’s a coming, and I want to lose about 20 more pounds to reach my ultimate goal, but I’m just not sure how much more I have to lose to look good in a bikini…. Hmmm. I’m 5’4.5”, about 155 lbs and about 21-22% body fat.
