Quit Smoking (read all 48 entries…)
19 weeks

so i’m 19 weeks in, minus the couple of slip ups i’ve had i think this is pretty damn good…it’s nearly five months now and it’s so strange when i think about smoking after a couple of days because it only makes me realise how long i have not been thinking about smoking for.

I’ve signed up for a half marathon aswell as my bike ride across Tanzania for Heart Charities, and i can really see the difference in my lungs when i run now, i stop because my legs are tired, not because i can’t breathe… it’s not been easy, and i’ve got the summer, with all the festivals to get through, but i think i’m getting there…i think this is helped a lot by the fact that i’ve not been going out as much as i was,

good luck everyone
