loose weight again!

Once again I am in the road to loosing weight for the past year and a half I have been overweight and I don’t know what to do. It is not like I overeat or eat all day. I have a normal eating habits but I guess they don’t work all that great if I can’t loose weight. I really don’t have any discipline to do it and I don’t know what I have to do to get it. I really need to do this and hopefully have lost some weight by the end of this month. Here once again in the weight rollecoaster.

Your title says that you want to loose “again”...well I am on the same road with you! I had lost 61 pounds and now-within the last two years-I have put 40 pounds back on. I desperately want to loose at least 30 pounds. I would love to reach that goal by summer time!! All I know is that the only way that I can loose is to drink a lot of water and exercise almost every day. When I lost the 61 pounds I was attending a group called “Tops”-(taking off pounds sensibly) and I began walking one mile at first then eventually up to 4. We have to stick to what we know that we should eat and exercise. We also should drink water a lot. Divide your weight in half and that should be how many ounces of water you should drink per day. Good luck & remember you are not the only one striving to get the weight off “again”!
