I’ve decided not to toss out any of the processed food I already have in my kitchen, so I’ve been eating through all that to make room for the good stuff. I am refraining from buying any processed/junky food when I go grocery shopping. So far, I’ve only been to the store once, but it went really well. I stayed on the list with the exception of two impulse buys: raspberries and peas. Not bad, I’d say! The only area that needs some work yet is eating out. I’m allowing myself one day of eating out per week so that I don’t go too crazy trying to adjust to this.
