week three… and yup, running 3 times a week is happening. My body is keeping up, Surprisingly letting me increase my time every week. My goal here is to run for 30 -40 straight. As of now, I’m running for 7 min then walking for 2 min, and repeat, for a total of 36 min. I quick warm up and cool down stretches on the ends. I should probably get some better shoes before injure myself. ha.
