So January 4, 2009 i weighed 286. My heaviest. That day i decided to start to lose weight. that was also the day i went to my first Weight Watchers meeting. I was like, this is gonna happen! I want to lose 40 pounds. Well in three months i lost 36 pounds. then i was like I got the hang of this why pay 39 dollars a month so i quit and followed the program on my own for free. So then summer came around and my weight loss slowed due to parties and such. But we come around to November of 2009 and i am down to 199. I was going to the gym 5 days a week and running every time (and with these knees that was saying something). But that was the same time I had just bought a house and my girlfriend moved in with me. Now i started to gain a little. And then a little more. I was not counting calories or points and stopped the gym membership. So This May 2010 we got married. But by now i have gained 21 pounds. So now i gotta lose 34 pounds to get to my original goal. I have not lost hope. I will lose those 34 pounds.

Funny, I’ve noticed every time someone gets into a relationship both of the individuals tend to gain weight. Great job on the weigh loss. 36 lbs will be gone before you know it. Good luck.
