How I did this:
Firstly, I had to wish to become a vegetarian, then I did my research. I came up with arguments and the reasons why I wanted to be one. If you are ding just because your friends are or you just don’t know why you are then its not going to last. You have to be committed. After I had the information I began to cut meat out, basically I just dropped all meat except fish. For some people this works for others they cut meat out more slowly. After two weeks I dropped fish as well. The first month is the hardest. Your body still craves the meat so you really have to have willpower at this time. Its okay if you mess up, just don’t give up. Once you have your footing it gets easy. Many people will ask you how you get your protein as if you can only get it from meat but protein isn’t that hard for a vegetarian to get. Once you replace meat with protein filled beans, peanut butter(my favorite), nuts, seeds, soy, and many other vegetables, you get the hang of it and the protein comes naturally. So if you really want to become a vegetarian I recommend you have strong reasons and commitment.
