vin’s friend GP does these sailing boat tours and deb suggested we do one. we thought it wouldn’t work out time-wise, but then they changed the dates to the first week in july, and i decided to skive the boss’s second day of leaving festivities. so we’ll be heading to roma on saturday, meeting susanna (“is impossible, is a mess”) and sergio+elise, getting the magic bus across country, and … doing things involving boats and flippers. 6 of up plus GP our skipper. we have no idea about sailing or indeed what we need on the boat (sleeping bags? towels?). and i really never thought i’d be going on a sailing holiday. but here we are. supexiting.
