“August of 2009 i started going to a new church. The last time i actually went to church was 1997 when i was like 12. I never knew God. In my childhood we went to Catholic Church and i never quite knew what was going on. I was even Baptized and had no clue what it even meant. So then we fast-forward to September of 2009 and i am again Baptized into the lord and going to church every Sunday and Wednesday. from that point on i would sit in church and listen and wanted to do all the good things they would say. It sounded so great to be close to God. I played in the praise band twice a week but it was only at that time that I truly felt connected. That is until this past week. Something clicked. At that point it was like Jesus spoke to me and said walk with me instead of with yourself. It hit me hard and right at that moment i jumped onto my savior’s path. Now this has been the best week of my life! I’m excited to know how great it will be to follow the one that died for my sins!”
