Love breakfast

No more toast. No more skipping breakfast.

My current breakfast:
One glass of lukewarm mineral water with the juice and pulp of half a lemon.
Oats with organic rice milk, sunflower seeds, almonds, blueberries, strawberries, banana, pear, apple and apricot.

Now, I need to work on what I have for lunch. Must incorporate a good source of protein, zinc and iron into my diet.. Seafood, perhaps?

No more consumption of carbs late at night!! Must refrain from consuming any food after 8.
