Three barbeques in four days may be the reason why…although I did have a whole day of exercise on a summer outing (golf, football, volleyball, from 10am to 5pm), and my Tanita scales actually state that I lost 2.5 poounds of fat and gained three pounds of muscle this week. So not as bad as it seems and I need to be patient.
