I find it really difficult to make sure I’m eating five portions of fruit and veg a day. I’m sure it shouldn’t really shouldn’t be that hard! I figure if I write it down and make it public, it might help me stick with it!
Great idea! Thanks BrownEyedGirl! I’ll have to adapt the recipe a teeny bit though as I’m trying to eat with the seasons (not many bright lovely soft fruits growing in the cold British winter!)
