Just happy and thankful for the past karmas that I found this path that makes me happy, content and balanced on my feet. I have such a better understanding on how all works now. It doesn’t cure anything, no magic pills and very very hard work… It is a bootcamp for your mind, serious training over 10 days but I found more than I was looking for. Ask me more if you are interested! Totally worth it.

Hello
I did my first course in Occidental, CA
Did you see that they are trying to build a pagoda in Israel to support the peace efforts? I think that is the best idea ever that could stop the hatred.
I am very lucky to have roommate who practices as well, we try to sit everyday at least once and there are group sits around here as well.
How about you?
Metta!
well...
unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of vipassana sitting groups in my area.
Too many confused-new-age groops too…
I try to sit everyday-morning and evening, for an hour or so. my hasband, to whom I thank for introducing me to the dharma, usually meditate with me.
I didn’t hear about the pagoda staf, but I really don’t believe that a simple building can change years of hatered and suffering. the situation here is so complicated- you can’t classify it in terms of black and white. hatered and more important- fear are really deep sankharas, and while a single person may want to live in peace with his neigbour, on the national level, he can’t see it happening.
have a great week’
