to have a real estate license in Denver colorado..i dont live in Denver anymore…i am going to read some real estate related books and see what else wants to emerge regarding real estate…i have met a couple who have two duplexes and i am having somne conversations withthem about some interesting things….there are two big trees that are old and could fall..but the tree cutting people want a gazillion dollare to cut them down…they ar holding of getting them cut because a flood control construction project by the county may take the trees out…they are not really realy bad as far as falling so it will be interesting to see progress….danke standing non falling trees…chuckle….i have read one of Frank McKinneys real estate books ..maybe read that real quick again..already have read most of Don Trumps books….he did an interesting thing by bringing in many many dumptrucks of dirt to rescue a golf course that was falling aoart…ton of money as result…danke dirt..danke imaginative courage..danke money
