My partner’s parents do things like that and have been since they were our age. They’ve grown and their kids have grown and yet they’re still big kids :)

They’ve pretended to be police on motorbike (he actually pulled someone over then nearly stalled his bike trying to get away when the motorist realised he’d been had) and in a car with a fake radar; they’ve crashed weddings and pretended to be MC to read telegrams and emails; they’ve snuck into a water safety course and gotten free boat licences; they’ve pretended he was a Russian maffia on the run from KGB (?!... a whole boat load of people fell for that one); they’ve pretended to be rich, none-too-bright siblings looking to invest the those timeshare appartments on the Gold Coast and were wined and dined by those sharks (so who was having who on? Ha), and I’m sure there’s more :)

They absolutely get their rocks off doing stuff that I wouldn’t dare. I think they’ve missed ther callings as actors :)
