All is still on track for my day today- infact I’m so excited that its going good.
I’ve had a sugarfree red bull and a handful of grapes. Its lunch time and I’ve done 55mins pilates, and 55 mins combat (cardio) so that should be good. Seeing my dad this arvo maybe so we will eat something bad not too bad I hope. My new plan is still on track, one kilo a week for the next 7 weeks. Weighed in this morning and haven’t budged from about 7 weeks ago so I was at least glad chirstmas and my binging over the last month or more hasn’t had an affect on my weight. Lucky I exercize regularly!! I just want to meet these goals:
this week: 118 lbs or under
week 6: 116.8 or under
week 5: 114.6
week 4: 112.4
week 3: 110.2
week 2: 108
week 1: 107!!!!!
107 is my lowest weight ever and 7 is my favorite number so I’m happy with that weight. I’m going to weigh in on Sunday’s to keep myself liable. And I’m getting my tattoo at 107 lbs!
