I'm on my way :-)

I’ve been using livestrong.com to record my food / calories / exercise / etc.
I’ve found that know how many calories are in my food and how much exercise is needed to burn it off is helping me to pick healthier food.
I’ve been going on the wii fit plus for 30 minutes a day, taking 30 minute walks a few times a week, and cycling with my daughter once a week.
In 10 weeks I’ve lost…..........18lb :-) That’s halfway to where i want to be, so I’m pretty happy.
Now i just need to keep going
