I tend to yo yo I lost it actully got to like 115 120 but I stop exersizing and meauring portions as carful and gain it back and lose it its happend few times already. I hate how it makes me feel I like myself at 125 lbs so I guss that is like 1200 to 1800 calories a day I need to find a way to maintain that or find the right amount to satbelize my body at thi weigh
