Brownies. well, need to improve texture yet, they stick to the roof of your mouth but the taste is dead on.

Mock tuna salad. Nayonnaise, crumbled up Morningstar chick’n patties, nori flakes, pickle relish, chopped celery. sister said, it’s reminiscent of…something….I said, tuna salad? she said yes, that’s it. so I got it right. Add lettuce and tomato and whole wheat bread, and it’s a kick-ass sandwich.

Sloppy joes. I think I’ll stick to mastering my brown rice version with mole sauce. Seitan crumbles are tasteless under the flavor of spices and sauce, and that’s weird.

soy yogurt. got the fermenting thing down, just need to keep lids on containers to keep wild yeast out, then cook with agar to get the right texture?

coconut kefir…yummy.
