The first couple of weeks were difficult, and then when drinking / after a good meal with coffee / when I was stressed but even those have passed now, after 2 years.
Definitely worth it. Plus your chances of succeeding increase with every quit attempt – you learn from your mistakes and know what you’ll need to prepare next time.
Patches are great – I didn’t use them, but I had a nagging boyfriend with a nose like a hawk instead!
Good luck to everyone trying this worthwhile goal. You’ll feel so much better about yourself once you’ve done it.
