It would be great to learn the big 4. My skill levels now:

French – Advanced
(I’m moving to France in a few days and I will continue studying it at a French university there. No problem.)

Italian – Advanced
(My mother’s family is Italian and I lived in Italy for awhile, I’ll continue with advanced grammar classes. Almost there.)

Portuguese (Brazilian) – Beginner
(I understand a good amount of written Portuguese but can only write extremely basic sentences. It sounds like Italian with a funny accent so I can understand some too. I’ll take classes soon.)

Spanish – Beginner
(I was never good at it so maybe it just doesn’t sing to me. Somehow it’s the hardest for me, perhaps learning Portuguese first will make it easier. Spanish is so useful! – I’m most worried about this one.)

My ultimate goal is to be fluent in all 4, and I almost have 2 down… so far so good. :)
