Making cakes for a wedding on Saturday! Eep! One batch of Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and a fresh cherry on top, one batch vanilla sponge with vanilla pink-glitter buttercream! Exciting. Will post pics once they’re ready to go! =D

The wedding is a sort of everyone-bring-something deal, and I am going to be employed to do the washing up and bins, but the bride is also a new friend of mine so I felt bad not contributing with a gift! (They’re not asking for gifts, just that everyone contributes in some way. MOst people will bring food, but the bridesmaids have bought their own outfits as their gifts, one girl is singing at the reception, that’s her gift etc). So I am excited!! =D Did a test run of the red velvets at the weekend, first time making them and they were good! Will make them a bit bigger this time though.
