Lcee09 Going to Grad School!
I have now got to the point that if I’m not hungry at a meal, I don’t finish my plate just so that it’s empty. But, I have created a bit of a bad habit of eating breakfast late, snacking in the afternoon, and then eating dinner late. I know that I really need to be eating something like 6 small meals a day, or 3 meals and 3 snacks, but my current laziness is messing it all up. Hopefully once school starts, my classes and whatnot will help keep me in some sort of routine.
