So my main challenge for August has been to do 20 Sit-up each day but I have been crap at remembering to do them. So I am doing a running weekly total of how many I am behind. Was catching up but have fallen even more behind. I will catch up and complete this task.
I also set myself a second august challenge as I was dog sitting and had to walk the dog 3 times a day. I did 2×20 minutes walks and 1×30 minutes. So the challenge was to do 30 minutes of walking or 1 hour on my mountain bike. So far it has all been walking due to my mountain bike not being fit for me to use. Hoping to get my bike fixed at the weekend.
