use the craft stuff I already have (read all 9 entries…)
Untitled

Why is it always tempting to buy more stuff when you still have untouched stuff?

Some of the unused things I have
  • A quilling kit
  • Purple feathers
  • A moon punch
  • A petal punch
  • A wobbly line scissors
  • A mosaic coaster kit
  • A paw stamp
  • A nighttime village scene stamp (why did I get this?)
  • Orange peelable glass paint
  • velvet scraps
    plus more.

I’m not as bad as I used to be though. Except for the mosiac kit, the oldest thing listed there was bought in November, and some are as recent as Christmas presents.

Comments:

Eimear If not now, when?

Probably not the time to mention it

but there is a really cool little shop in Clondalkin does nifty craft things…. we should go!! (or not!!)

I think I could be persuaded...

Ebil temptress.

I know

exactly what you mean – I have mountains of craft supplies and stuff I had great creative plans for, yet I only have to look at a craft store and somehow I end up with more. Not to mention the craft magazine that arrives every two weeks with yet more supplies!

It is wonderful, though, when you start a special project and discover you have things that are just perfect for it, and are so glad you didn’t throw them away :o)

I’ve started keeping broken crockery, etc. I’ve never made anything with broken crockery. I’d better do something soon to justify it!
