I have partnered up with an independent glass blower so we are trying to set up accounts with regional headshops to distribute our multi-functional glass tobacco pipes.and i am planning to open a local adult store as well also selling them there. What type of license’s or how did you go about sitting up the structure as far as state taxes and things of that nature.I was thinking LLC???
