I read an article about this yesterday and tried. FAIL.
These lucid dreams used to happen a lot when I was a child. I remember one when I walked down a long ladder, leaping high and falling, just for fun, i do not hurt me. I realized i was dreaming during a fall, and still managed to jump consciously three times, before i wake … It was the most vivid lucid dream that i remember, it’s like playing videogames, i have to do it again =)
Considering what I read in the article yesterday, this will take some time and training, but worth it.
