Basically, a master “TO DO” list, just get it all out there and later I’ll prioritize and categorize according to project. He also ran me through some exercises under light hypnosis to really feel the pain of what will happen if I continue my current course of disorganization and incompletion (really awful, hate to even type it) and what I want for myself in my life; how I want it to look and feel; how I want to feel in order to motivate myself to really making these changes and make them stick, whew!
