I’ve been exercising using the RealAge web site from Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen, and it has helped me feel a lot better. I love the walking workouts from Leslie Sansone and I do those constantly. I have yet to check out the other workouts, but I will so I can try some different ones. I also found a web site called Exercise TV, and I hope to start with that one soon, too. Finding low cost and no cost ways of exercise is huge for me right now.
