Hooray for bankruptcy!
My bankruptcy case was closed just before Christmas! Best present I could have gotten… $40K+ in debt, gone. phew

Due to the new bankruptcy laws that went into effect last October, it’s not quite as simple as it used to be … but I’d totally recommend getting a free consultation with a few different bankruptcy attorneys if you’re interested in doing it.
If I could go back in time, the only thing I’d change is getting it done sooner. :-)
