I’m really proud of my progress on this goal.
Some of the things I’ve adopted are:
- eating an apple every day
- yogurt daily with ground flax seed (yea omegas :)
- fish oil pills with my multi vit in the morning
- focusing on eating a balanced meal & apple for my snack
(3 proteins, 1 carb, and fruit/veg)
