Breakfast : toast with cottage cheese and rocket
Lunch :Minestrone
Dinner: some nasty fried fish and rice (not good)
Snacks : a yummy muffin and coffee, an orange, 2 glasses of wine, 6 m&ms
Not a good day for food discipline!!
Walked 20 minutes to work..
