I’d recommend drinking it like the tradition calls; pour the absinthe over a cube of sugar on a spoon, then top up the rest of the glass with cold water until the sugar disolve, then stire, add ice and enjoy… it taste like licorice

but don’t drink it straight or it’s all bad news.
