Rcherie is feeling Light, Confident, and Free with NO HAIR on my head

be under 100 lbs
it wasnt a goal, its just my life

I didnt ever top the scales past 100 lbs until I was finally 18 years old (after a severe case of OverEating Disorder b/c I thought I was too thin).

Afterwards, I felt fat.

MY POINT IS: that scale just gives you a # number. You are too unique a person (ALL of you) to rate/judge yourself by a number (even those silly BMI calculators). If you want something reliable, get dunked in a hydrostatic tank (i paid under $50) and they’ll tell you how much fat you have on your body and how much muscle/organs. When you have your body fat percentage, you can actually rate/judge yourself properly.

I have been more fit and looked better at 105lbs than I did at 92lbs.

Take Note that I was unhappy with my weight above and below 100 lbs. Its about your mentality. not your number. Please be Healthy. One of the best ways to lose weight is to EAT PLENTY of FOOD, just REAL food like Fruits Vegetables, seeds, nuts, and whole grains. I wish someone slapped me with some of this truth when I didn’t know any better and was clouded with a poor self esteem.
