Can’t seem to motivate myself to get up early enough to exercise!

ahh, i understand! what seems to help for me is a good alarm early in the morning at the time you plan to wake up to work out. i usually set the alarm on my cell phone, and set it to a song that i really like, and that puts me in an energized, happy, confident, motivated, inspired mood :)

i also change it up quiet often. it’s kinda like a morning treat for me, haha. here’s some of the songs that i’ve used recently. hopefully they’ll help!
