Hey girl!
I don’t know where about you live or if you have anything like this around you but I do the San Francisco Aids walk every year. I’m not sure if it’s a volunteer thing because you have to pay to get in but you don’t get anything for doing it. Anyway it’s 6 miles long but after I walk it I feel incredibly good because I felt like I supported a good cause. So many kudos for you wanting to volunteer at a hospital and I hope it goes well for you!

It’s normally the second or third weekend in july. You can google san fran aids walk and they’ll post it. 6 miles up and down those hills though. They kick my butt every year but theres like 30 something thousand people that do it :)
