I don’t get wrist problems nor have RSI anymore. I read two books that solved the problem for me:
“The Mindbody Prescription” by John Sarno, M.D.
“When the Body Says No” by Gabor Mate, M.D.

In my particular case, it was psychosomatic. It isn’t for everyone, but for me it was.
