missing too much of my life sleeping. going to try some of the techniques i read about here. i go to sleep late (1:30 – 2am), get up early (6-7am) to chauffeur, then stay up until sleep hits me at 10am. then, i sleep until i go to work, which begins the whole process again. really shameful and frustrating. i know it’s doable, just have to use some willpower to get my body cooperating. help me! lol
