Moc doing it
This past Sunday 10/17/10 I ran the 1/2 Duke City Marathon. I Trained for 8 weeks and I felt good. My goal was to not run more then 2:30 and my time was 2:30:13 with a 11’28” pace. I feel I could have got a faster time, but around mile 10 I stated feeling like i was going to pull a muscle. Any way I did it and I think thats the point especially on my first race.
