I have been in chronic pain my entire life and would really like to find out what it is like to not hurt. I get to experience it in the short term when I am on prednisone during asthma attacks. It rocks. It would be nice to also have it in the long run.

but ignoring is not good either
I ignored pain for years and it got me into alot of problems, I have an incredible tolerance for pain and would continue to do hard physical labor with broken bones even. Not good in the long run.
I am having to reeducate my body. Oneof the most effective things I am doing right now is a program called the Rosen method which is low impact excercise.
Have you ever tried Pilates? Maybe that would help. I’m sure at this point you’ve tried everything! I really love Pilates and the mind, body connection.
