Pretty much exercising daily now.
Wow. I never thought I’d get to this point…now hopefully I can stick with it! I am walking an hour a day through my work day alone. I walk 15 minutes each on my morning and afternoon breaks and 30 minutes on my lunch hour. Gotta love 2.5 miles worth of Skywalks in downtown Des Moines. Sure makes getting exercise easier. I’m also using an “aerobic rider” for ten minutes before work. I want to add yoga and ab exercises, but I’d better get accustomed to all that I am doing now before starting even more.
