YOGA!

I used to do yoga 4-5 years ago and recently picked it back up via a killer deal on a 1 month membership at CorePower Yoga. I’ve christened this my Yogapalooza and have been trying to go every day. I’ve been moderately successful in that but more important, it’s curbed by appetite (i.e. cravings for carbs) and I’ve lost 14 pounds already (though I still have 70-80 to go).
