musubi is easily distracted by life
so it seems I have peaked out on cardio and since I love eating, this goal is harder to achieve than it had been previously. sooooooo now I’m working with a trainer, and though still slow coming, I definitely feel stronger and more fit! I learned that previously I may have been “thin” but I was what they call “fat skinny” or something… because I didn’t really have much muscle. time to change that without getting scarily buff.
